Vaping and E-cigarette use has increased considerably in recent years. These battery-powered devices heat up liquid to create an aerosol that usually contains nicotine, flavorings and other additives. They are an alternative to traditional cigarettes and often used to assist with smoking cessation.
In most cases, vaping and other forms of tobacco use, such as cigars and chewing tobacco, are considered at Tobacco/Smoker rates.
But did you know:
- A top A+ carrier can offer non-smoker rates on vaping and e-cigarette use; up to Non Smoker Plus rates!
- Chewing tobacco, cigars, snuff and other types of nicotine delivery systems (gum or patch) may also be eligible for Non-Smoker rates
- Another A+ carrier offers a special program allowing e-cigarette users to qualify for non-tobacco rates if they have not used regular conventional cigarettes or cigars in 10 or more years.
